He offers alternate words that have been proven effective in making customer more comfortable and closes more sales.
In a recent update, MatchedSystem.com replaced the word “Contract” on our upfront cookbook pricing tool, JobBoard, with the word “Agreement”. After presenting upfront options to your customer, referring to the final document as an agreement removes the negative experience many consumers have had in the past involving contracts.
